1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "kxr8", "we", "us", "our" refers to the kxr8 online betting and casino platform accessible at kxr8.io and all associated subdomains.
• "Platform" refers to the kxr8 website, mobile interface, and all products and services offered thereon, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and any other gaming verticals.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the kxr8 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal registered account held by a User on the kxr8 Platform.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the Platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including submission of government-issued identification and proof of address documents.
• "Funds" refers to real-money deposits held in a User's kxr8 Account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits granted by kxr8 that are subject to separate wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" refers to UTC+6, the time zone used for all event scheduling and promotional deadlines on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the kxr8 Platform, creating an Account, or placing a wager or casino game stake, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Users of the Platform regardless of how access is obtained — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other compatible method. kxr8 reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Account Registration and KYC

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money betting and gaming features on kxr8, you must register a personal Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active kxr8 Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. kxr8 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. All accounts identified as duplicates, and all associated funds and winnings, are subject to forfeiture without notice.

3.3 KYC Verification

kxr8 is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
• Valid Bangladesh passport — photo page
• Bangladesh driving licence
• Recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of residential address (dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account in your name)

kxr8 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been successfully completed. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the Account wallet.

3.4 Account Closure by User

You may request the closure of your kxr8 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closure, any outstanding bonus funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified real-money funds will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of final identity checks.

4 Age Restriction

kxr8 takes its age verification obligations seriously. If at any point kxr8 has reasonable grounds to believe that a User may be under the age of 21, the Account will be immediately suspended pending completion of enhanced age verification. During a suspension period, no withdrawals will be processed.

If it is confirmed that an Account holder was under the age of 21 at any point during their use of the Platform, kxr8 will close the Account immediately and handle any funds held in accordance with applicable law and responsible gaming best practice, which may include returning net deposits to a parent or guardian.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. kxr8 recommends tools such as Net Nanny and Gamban for families with children in the household.

5 Account Security

5.1 User Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your kxr8 Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. kxr8 will not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from access to your Account by a third party where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials.

5.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access

If you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your kxr8 Account, you must notify kxr8 immediately via the live chat support channel. kxr8 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the Account to prevent further unauthorised activity during the course of its investigation.

5.3 Two-Factor Authentication

kxr8 strongly recommends that all Account holders enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS verification. 2FA adds an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time verification code sent to your registered Bangladesh mobile number each time a login is attempted from an unrecognised device or location. kxr8 will not be liable for losses suffered on an Account where 2FA was available but not enabled by the User.

5.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. kxr8 may begin charging a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 per month after this 12-month period, applied to any remaining Account balance. kxr8 will notify the Account holder via their registered email address before any inactivity fees are applied. The Account holder may reactivate their Account at any time by logging in and contacting support.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kxr8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal payments via the following methods for Bangladesh account holders: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on kxr8 is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. kxr8 reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time.

6.3 Third-Party Payments

6.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed within the timeframes stated on the Payments page of the Platform, denominated in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, national public holidays (including Eid, Victory Day, Independence Day), or where additional verification is required. kxr8 shall not be liable for delays caused by the User's bank or mobile financial service provider.

6.5 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagering amounts on the kxr8 Platform are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (BDT, ৳). kxr8 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Currency conversion is not supported — all funded amounts must be in Taka.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by kxr8 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a kxr8 Account are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of those funds is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and validity period are specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering progress is visible in real time within the Account promotions dashboard.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

kxr8 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that the bonus has been claimed or used in an abusive, fraudulent, or colluding manner. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering only on outcomes with low house edge to satisfy wagering requirements in a structured pattern, and coordinated betting between linked accounts.

7.4 Promotion Amendments

kxr8 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn before a User has claimed it, kxr8 shall have no liability to that User. Active promotions already credited to an Account will be honoured in accordance with their stated terms at the time of credit.

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

8.1 Sportsbook

All sports wagers placed on the kxr8 sportsbook are governed by the individual sport-specific and market-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of ambiguity, kxr8's ruling shall be final and binding. kxr8 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced where the market was erroneously left open, or where the odds offered were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error.

8.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on the kxr8 Platform are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own individual game rules. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, the round affected will be voided and the stake returned to the Account wallet. kxr8 is not liable for malfunctions in the game software of third-party providers beyond the return of the affected stake.

8.3 Errors and Incorrect Odds

kxr8 reserves the right to correct any errors in published odds, prices, or game payables at any time. Where a wager has already been placed at an incorrect price, kxr8 may void the bet and return the stake to the User's Account. kxr8 will endeavour to notify affected Users promptly. Winnings paid on the basis of an obvious error are recoverable by kxr8 and may be reclaimed from the Account balance.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kxr8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with casino games
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to any sporting event listed on the Platform
• Collusion with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game
• Arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit promotional offers or bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational betting patterns
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method to obscure your true geographic location or identity
• Depositing or wagering funds that are derived from illegal activities, including money laundering or fraud
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law
• Attempting to access, modify, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's software, servers, or databases
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during the KYC verification process

10 Responsible Gaming

kxr8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Bangladesh account holders. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. kxr8 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at all times from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum loss thresholds.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified continuous play period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend Account access for a period of 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the kxr8 Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

kxr8 may impose responsible gaming restrictions without the User's request where internal monitoring indicates patterns of potentially problematic gambling behaviour. kxr8 will notify the affected User in such cases. 11 Intellectual Property

All content published on the kxr8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of kxr8 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or exploit any Platform content in any form without the prior written consent of kxr8.

The kxr8 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on third-party websites, social media, or printed materials — is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kxr8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from:

• Temporary or permanent Platform unavailability due to technical maintenance, outages, or force majeure events
• Losses suffered as a result of a third party gaining unauthorised access to your Account
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bangladesh banking institutions
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, game information, or event results
• Any decision to void a bet or casino game result in accordance with these Terms & Conditions

kxr8's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy and Data

kxr8 processes personal data provided during Account registration, KYC verification, and ongoing Platform use in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is available at kxr8.io/privacy-policy. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to the terms of the kxr8 Privacy Policy.

kxr8 collects and processes personal data for the purposes of providing the Platform service, verifying identity, preventing fraud, fulfilling responsible gaming obligations, and complying with applicable legal requirements. kxr8 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained for the periods specified in the Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

14 Amendments to Terms

kxr8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kxr8 will provide notice to registered Account holders via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended terms take effect for existing Users. Non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or reformatting — may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Your continued use of the kxr8 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 3.4 of this Agreement.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the kxr8 Platform. kxr8 operates as a safe and reliable online betting platform and does not make representations regarding the specific legal status of online gambling in the jurisdiction of individual Users.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the kxr8 Platform complies with all laws applicable in their local jurisdiction. kxr8 makes no warranty that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. If you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you must not access the Platform.

Any dispute between a User and kxr8 that cannot be resolved through the support channel shall be subject to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
